Where we ship

Across India. We do not currently ship internationally.

Dispatch

Confirmed orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 4 working days. Made-to-order items, including Chyawanprash, take longer and the lead time is stated in your quote.

Delivery time

Metro cities typically 3 to 5 working days from dispatch; other locations 5 to 8. A tracking reference is shared once the consignment is handed to the courier.

Charges

Delivery charges are stated in your quote before you confirm the order. They depend on weight, quantity and destination.

Damaged or wrong items

Photograph the outer carton and the product before opening anything further, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

Returns

For reasons of safety and product integrity, we cannot accept returns of opened consumable products unless they are defective. Sealed, undamaged items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery by prior arrangement; return shipping is at your cost unless the error was ours.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of us receiving the returned goods or agreeing the claim.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled at no cost any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, the returns terms above apply.
