Clear timelines, straightforward returns. If anything doesn't arrive as expected, we'll fix it.
Delivery timelines
Metro cities: 2–4 business days. Rest of India: 4–7 business days. Remote PIN codes may take longer.
Shipping charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat ₹79 charge applies below that. Shown at checkout.
7-day returns
Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refund timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item, back to the original payment method.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, send a photo of the packaging and the product to care@pathyashihealth.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item free of charge, no return required for perishable or opened items.
Wrong item shipped
If we shipped the wrong product, email us with your order number and a photo. We will ship the correct item and arrange a courier pickup for the incorrect one.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order from your account before it ships. Once an order has been handed to the courier, cancellation is treated as a return.
Refund exceptions
Refunds are not issued for products that have been opened, used, damaged by the customer, or returned after the 7-day window, unless the product was damaged in transit.
