Orders

Prices and stock shown at checkout are validated again on our server before an order is created. If a product becomes unavailable between your selection and the confirmation step, we will contact you to arrange a substitute, a partial order, or a full refund.

Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery and, where configured, online payments through our payment gateway partner. The order status shown in your account after a gateway redirect is provisional until our server verifies the payment — a signed webhook from the gateway is the authoritative confirmation.

Shipping

Delivery timelines shown on the shipping page are indicative. Actual delivery may vary based on courier coverage and PIN code. Once an order ships, a tracking link is emailed to the address provided at checkout.

Cancellation and returns

You may cancel an order from your account before it ships. Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery; opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Damaged-in-transit items are replaced free of charge when reported with a photo within 48 hours.

Consultations

Consultation services are subject to practitioner availability, remote-consultation suitability and confirmation of the assigned slot. Video and audio consultations run between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM IST. Text consultations are typically answered within the same business day. Online consultation is not an emergency service.

Prescriptions

An electronic prescription is issued only when the practitioner considers it clinically appropriate. Prescriptions are signed and verifiable at the URL included with each issued prescription. Do not adjust dosage, substitute medicines or share a prescription without consulting your practitioner.

Product use

Use products according to the approved label and any practitioner direction. Do not exceed the suggested dosage. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use and consult a professional if you experience an unexpected reaction.

Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account that appears to be used for fraudulent, abusive or automated activity.

All content on this website — text, images, product illustrations, layout and code — is the property of Pathyashi Health or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana.
